We are a small, self-funding, self-help charity. Our focus is to enable people to access and benefit from the best range of drug-free, symptom management and complementary therapies.

Our therapies are specifically chosen to support people living with MS and any other neurological or life defining condition. Don't want a therapy? You are welcome to pop in and chat with other members, browse our shop, buy books, have refreshments and enjoy the centre.
