Whether you're newly diagnosed or only just finding out about us, our member centres can help.

Being told that you have a neurological or long term condition can be confusing and bewildering. Centres are there for people and their families as soon as they receive a diagnosis.

They provide expert individualised support and a wide range of physical and holistic therapies to complement clinical treatment, as well as counselling, emotional support and an active social community.

Centres provide therapies for a range of conditions including multiple sclerosis, Parkinsons, stroke, dementia, fibromyalgia, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, ME, chronic pain, injuries, long Covid and many more.

Each centre is an independent charity that relies on membership fees, donations and fundraising activity to deliver their work. Collectively they support more than 15,000 people every week, providing invaluable life-enhancing therapies and services to their local communities.
