Tori Ducker-Collins
Centre Support Manager
Tori assists centres with their training and operational needs. She is highly experienced in the delivery of oxygen therapy, and oversees our online learning management system for testing and training centre oxygen chamber operators. ​

Liz Beatty
Fundraising & Marketing
Liz has worked in the charity sector for over 25 years and is a professional fundraiser with experience of senior roles in various non-profit organisations. She promotes the work of Neuro Therapy Network and our member centres, providing fundraising and marketing support.

Helen Lambton
Bookkeeper
Helen is an experienced part-qualified accountant (ICAEW), and fully qualified bookkeeper (AAT) skilled in financial forecasting, management accounting, business partnering, financial control and performance analysis.
Trustees

Bernard Elwen
Chair of Trustees & Secretary
Bernard is Chair of Trustees at the MS Therapy Centre Norfolk in Norwich. Bernard took early retirement from the Metropolitan Police in 2012, and has a number of voluntary roles. He has been involved with Neuro Therapy Network since 2014.

Caroline Blake-Symes
Trustee
Caroline became an NTN Trustee in 2024 and has also been a Trustee and volunteer at The Brightwell Centre in Bristol since 2010. She has over 35 years experience in the motor industry, and also in the educational and academic sectors. Caroline runs her own business consultancy and is also a DiSC specialist for a number of SMEs.

Steve Wilson
Trustee
Steve is Chair of Trustees at Leicestershire MS Therapy Centre. He joined the board of Neuro Therapy Network in 2024. Steve has also been a governor on several school boards and is a retired police officer who served with Leicestershire Constabulary for over 30 years.

Gideon Schulman
Trustee
Gideon joined NTN in 2025. He is also a Trustee of The Neurological Alliance and Harrow MS Therapy Centre, and a former Trustee of the MS Society. Gideon has over 30 years of experience in the commercial and charity sectors, including his current role as CEO of The Davka Group, bringing specific skills in governance, strategic leadership and HR.

Mark Suddes
Trustee
Mark is Centre Manager at the Suffolk Oxygen Therapy Centre in Ipswich. He became an NTN Trustee in 2024. Prior to his move into the charity sector, Mark enjoyed a long career in operations management in the hospitality sector. He is also a lecturer in business and management at Colchester Institute.
